Running From Camera
When outside the home or studio, most shutterbugs spend a fair amount of time guarding their cameras—not running away from them. The creator and runner behind this blog, though, bounces to a different beat. He seizes on a picturesque spot. He puts his camera down. He presses the self-timer button. And then he flees. Through muddy city streets, across town squares, and down country roads, away he goes. He plummets down a park's wooden walkway. He chases across the sand (not easy to do). He hustles through an art gallery. Occassionally, the picture captures him flying. Look Ma, no feet! So far, we've noted just one post when someone was credited with guarding his faithful camera. Thank you, Pat. Otherwise, for all we know, our dodger-blogger pivots after a couple of seconds and races back as fast as he left. At least it's safer than running with scissors.
