The 25 Worst Web Sites
First  thing we did, natch, was make sure we're not on there. (Check—good to go.) Looking back at the entire history of the Web (uh, about 12 years), PC World brings you "the world's dumbest dot-coms and silliest sites." Scanning the complete list, you may feel a well of nostalgia for such naive ventures as Webvan, Pets.com, and CD Universe, as well as early examples of the Web's viral nature like I Kiss You! and the dancing baby. You'll also find some surprises: Hotmail comes in at number 20, Microsoft Windows Update at number 16. As for number 1, well, that's bound to be controversial. Or maybe not. Feel free to comment.
