Waiter Rant
Dining  out is an experience of the unknown. Sometimes everything goes smoothly. Other times, disaster strikes. Waiter Rant chronicles both the good and bad (but mostly the bad) of one waiter's life on the front lines of the food service industry. Ranging from poignant to hilarious to flat-out brutal, the posts offer a glimpse into the mind of he who pours the wine and recites the specials for those of us used to being served.
