Here's to Beer
We've  been eyeing the tasting tray at our local brewpub. The question is: Down a pint of something new or stick with the suds we know and love? That's why one of our favorite parts of this site is the description of beer styles—virtual tasting. Tiptoe from ales to lager to hybrid/mixed styles in the brew house, and then skip to the brewing process for some education. Every bar needs a know-it-all; next check out the beer archives for some tasty trivia. Finally, when you've perfected your appreciation for the amber and foamy, take a trip to the tavern and plan your year around world hops festivals. It's sure to beat sitting in a cubicle all day.
