The Picture of Everything Some might suggest that Howard Hallis could narrow his interests just the tiniest eensiest bit. But if that were the case, then he wouldn't have drawn a picture of everything. Hallis started with a single drawing of Spider-Man, and then branched out to other superheroes, cartoon characters, rock stars, movie stars, and ...well, the rest is history. The picture is divided into sections for cars, people, and robots; heroes and cartoons; space and heaven; and sea, land, and air. But those with no time for everything might want to focus on the highlights, which include the Brady Bunch on Hollywood Squares, Family Feud with the Munsters vs The Addams Family, and Sunday in the Park by Seurat. Don't forget the character key. And remember, if you're a giant robot and not in this picture, then you need a new agent. (in Visual Arts) |
