Convention Bloggers
On  November 2, Americans will vote in an election many consider to be the most important of our lifetimes. The significance of this election year has led to an increased interest in politics and with it, an exponential increase in the number of bloggers who comment on the goings-on in political circles. With the Democratic National Convention taking place this week in Boston, this site invited anyone blogging the DNC to make their content available through this collection point. Linking to more than 70 blogs, this site's front page works as a news aggregator, constantly refreshing its content as convention bloggers update their sites. This site proves that a simple idea can produce an excellent resource for anyone interested in more convention coverage than the cable news networks offer. (in Politics > U.S. Elections) |
