Geoff Oliver Bugbee Geoff Bugbee is a photojournalist with an eye for remarkable topics. His most recent photo essay, entitled Opening Eyes, covers preventable blindness in Asia. While certainly a somber journey for the viewer, we imagine that for Bugbee, seeing the victims and hearing their stories firsthand must have been all the more troubling. Other photo essays are also worth checking out, including one on Protest in America. While it's a wonderful world, as these pictures show us, we still have a ways to go. Of course, not everything Bugbee covers is doom and gloom. Visitors can explore this collection that covers everything from the redwood trees of the Pacific Northwest to a luxurious spa treatment. And fans of the ponies shouldn't miss his tribute to Churchill Downs, "Kentucky's finest 2-minute attraction." (in Photojournalism) |
