Today, Star Trek and Star Wars garb feels as tired as Jar Jar Binks -- Mr. Spocks and Boba Fetts proliferate like Star Trek spinoffs. Enter Jay Maynard. This avid fan of early '80s video game/sci-fi flick TRON has taken his passion to new heights by designing his own TRON costume and documenting the step-by-step process on this page.
