Rock Paper Scissors International Championships When it comes to making crucial decisions like who called "Shotgun" first or who has to make the late-night food run, only one method is universally accepted. The ancient art of Roshambo, or Rock, Paper, Scissors, settles many important disputes quickly and efficiently. If you've honed your skills to the point where opponents are routinely smothered, smashed, or cut to ribbons, you might want to make your way to Toronto for the 2003 International World Championships. The rules of engagement may seem simple, but they're deceptively intricate -- making "snipping" noises after a throw of scissors is considered bad form, and "non-sanctioned" throws result in disqualification. With videos of past champs and advanced techniques, you'll be primed to head north for a try at this prestigious title. (in Games) |
