Sandals & Socks 4 Ever
It's  a simple fashion fact -- men brave enough to slip on sandals should under no circumstances wear them with socks. A fashion faux pas in which the wearer defeats the intended purpose of the sandal, this noxious combination continues to inflict terrible mental scars on innocent bystanders around the world. This site catalogs photos of offending "sandal soxers" and offers them up as examples of what happens when you slide a sock into that open toe.
