Run the USA.com Meet Dave and Scott, two buddies with running shoes, backpacks, and a common dream -- to run across the good ol' USA without the aid of a support vehicle. Are they crazy? Not if you ask them. They're of the opinion that "craziness is not chasing a dream when given the chance." To accomplish their arduous trek, however, they need some help from fellow Americans, people just like you, living in small towns and big cities. See, the guys started their journey a couple of days ago in Sea Bright, New Jersey, with adventure in their hearts but no place to to rest their weary, swollen feet at the end of the day. They refuse to pay for lodging (it would take away from their adventure) and are hoping to stay at homes across the country free of charge. So, if you have an extra room they could use for one night, they'd really appreciate it. Calling out to the fine citizens of Snyders, Pennsylvania -- Dave and Scott will be in your town in a few days and don't have a place to sleep. Can they crash on your couch? (in Sports) |
