Ah,  the school cafeteria. Who doesn't have fond memories of food swaps with friends, sipping milk out of those little cartons, and the always-lovable lunch lady? Is your mouth watering yet? After taking a peek at the "delicacies" available to the students of Harrisonburg City Schools, you'll be lucky if you ever have an appetite again. If you think we're pulling the plastic tray over your eyes, check out Cheeseburger Macaroni or the Taco Patty. If those whet your appetite, browse through an array of gustatory delights, including the Velveeta-coated Beef & Bean Burrito, a forlorn Ham and Cheese Pita, and a gravy-laden piece of turkey. We've created our own educational quiz based on the lunches presented here. Begin by counting the number of meatballs in this culinary treat, compare and contrast the Grilled Cheese Sandwich with the Toasted Cheese Sandwich, and finish with proof of the triangle shape of the Round Wedge Pizza.
