Covering  news, politics, and pop culture with a questioning eye, this web zine examines "all walks of life -- from the baseball stadium to the killing fields." The Polemics section features edgy politics, offering a parody of Osama bin Laden's diary and considerations of Enron. For something completely different, Morphizm interviews actor and poet Viggo Mortensen, best known for his role as Aragorn in The Lord of the Rings movies. Check out recommended films, TV, and music, or peruse the Textualities section for literary criticism unlike any you might have been assigned in college. Physiquez takes on sports, while Observations provides a potpourri of opinionated columns, including handy tricks for memorizing the names of Shakespeare's complete works. Like a rich stew made from disparate ingredients that somehow blend together just right, Morphizm needs to be tasted to be appreciated. (in Reviews) |
