Yahoo!'s Picks of the Year (12-29-97)
For various reasons - timely, informative, wacky, you name it - the
following sites are listed here because we think they are good. If you
know of any others, please send us a note about them. Also send
any general thoughts or
comments about Picks. Click here if you only want
to view this week's list. Or, try Daily Picks, a selection from our daily additions
that stand out as noteworthy.
Welcome to Part Two of our Special Year-End Selection of Weekly Picks, a look at some of the sites we featured in 1997. Always on the cutting edge, we decided this year to divide our two-week special into, well, two weeks. You may have noticed that Part One has already come and gone, which explains why we find ourselves here today. As we pieced together these lists, we realized that at year's end there's really only one thing (other than Zamboni) left to say: Thanks. Thanks to all six of you for reading, thanks for the feedback, and thanks especially for the terrific sites. See you here again next year and, one last time, take your pick(s).
